Day 1. The room. Garden view room turn out to be a car park view room. But they were very helpful, and we were moved to a garden view room at the end of a corridor, peaceful. Day 2. The power cut. The big power cut happened, not much interference so all good. Day 3 afternoon. Feral children A big party of 30+ children and so called professors arrived, and place in the nice quiet corridor. They were left unattended to shout and scream, bang doors and throw things around. While the so called professors were nowhere to be seen. Complained to reception, they would sort it out. Day 3 evening. The return Rudely awaken by the return of the mob, louder than before But not old enough to drink, legally anyway. Corridor full of screaming children at midnight, went to the reception and the “professors” were sitting there louder than the students. Complained to reception it carried on till 1:30am Day 4 morning. Here we go again. Same again so back to reception, apparently they can do what they like until 10pm. So not holding out much hope. Home tomorrow I’m so glad, this has ruined my first taste of Portugal. A holiday in a play ground is not my idea of fun, and forced to stay out of the hotel when both of us have health issues. Is very uncaring from the hotel and the so called professors.
